By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability. The Giveaway entry form is hosted by Gleam on Sponsor's behalf.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, as follows:

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 9, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Entry form: During the Entry Period, visit bevskin.com/pages/bestie-bundle-giveaway or https://gleam.io/NwFJi/bev-bestie-bundle-giveaway and complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address. This earns one (1) entry. Email addresses submitted through the entry form are added to Bev Skin's email list. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entries. Limit one (1) form entry per person and per email address.
Bonus entries (optional): Entrants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions listed on the entry form, such as following @bev.skin on Instagram or sharing the Giveaway link. On Instagram, each comment on the official giveaway post that tags two (2) different friends earns one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of five (5) comment entries per person. Tagged friends must be real people, and spam, duplicate tags, or automated comments are void. Liking the post or sharing it to an Instagram Story is encouraged but does not earn an entry.
Signing up for text messages is never required to enter, does not earn entries, does not increase your chances of winning, and is available only to people 18 years of age or older.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about November 10, 2026. The winner will be announced on a Zoom call with @everleighrose and will be contacted ONLY by the official @bev.skin Instagram account and/or the email address provided at entry. Sponsor will NEVER ask for payment, banking details, or a password. Any message claiming to be from Sponsor that asks for payment is a scam and should be reported.
The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of notification and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law). If the potential winner is under 18, Sponsor will confirm the win with the winner's parent or legal guardian, who must sign any required affidavit or release on the minor's behalf, and the prize will be shipped to the parent or guardian. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within three (3) business days, fails to return any required documents, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.
One (1) Grand Prize: three (3) Berry Fresh Bundles (Cleanse, Tone, Treat, Moisturize), one for the winner and one each for two (2) friends of the winner's choosing, shipped to the winner's address in the United States (or to the parent or guardian's address if the winner is a minor). Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $273.00 USD. No cash or prize substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
By entering, entrants (and, for minors, their parent or legal guardian) agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or technical problems compromise its integrity. Except where prohibited, the winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. For a winner under 18, any such use requires the signed consent of the winner's parent or legal guardian.
Entrants release Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Gleam, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
