Shipping Policy
At Bev Skin, we’re committed to delivering your favorite skincare products right to your doorstep, hassle-free. We ship all orders from our facility in Santa Ana, California.
Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Peak Seasons: During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Orders over $30: FREE Standard Shipping (2-7 business days).
Orders under $30: Flat rate fee of $5.95.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
Note: Since we ship from California, West Coast orders typically arrive sooner than East Coast orders.
International Shipping
We are not currently shipping international orders, but we will be in the very near future. Check back.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bev Skin is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
Check with neighbors or look in hidden areas around your porch.
Contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim.
