Returns
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of your order delivery date as noted on the tracking information.
Condition: We accept returns on both unopened or opened products.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at returns@bevskin.com with the subject "RETURN + your order #" and please allow us 1-3 business days to get back to you.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different formula or item, we’ll happily assist you in selecting a replacement. Please email us to start this process. orders@bevskin.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to post to your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at info@bevskin.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
European Union Customers
You legally possess a 14-day "cooling off" period to return unopened goods without justification. However, our Bev Skin 30-Day Guarantee is more generous and applies to you as well! You may return items (even if opened/used) within 30 days under our standard policy above.
